1. BASIS OF CONTRACT

1.1  The terms outlined below apply exclusively to every contract for the hire of goods and supply of services by the hirer from honeyTUB Event Hire and cannot be varied or supplanted by any other terms without the the prior written consent of honeyTUB Event Hire

1.2. These terms and conditions apply to the exclusion of any other conditions proposed by the customer unless agreed by honeyTUB Event Hire and the Customer in writing

1.3  These term are deemed to be accepted by the hirer on payment of booking deposit

1.4  Our props are designed primarily for indoor use, however, they can be used outdoors in fine weather. The props are NOT suitable in wet weather, strong wind etc. and must be relocated o an alternative setting.

1.5  The hirer must consult the venue to obtain permission to set up on their premises and that sufficient space and power provision if needed have been organised

1.6  HoneyTUB Event Hire may in its absolute discretion decline to hire equipment to the customer at any time if it has a reasonable cause to do so.

1.7  Goods hired shall remain the property of the Owner

1.8  Delivery times will be discussed and agreed up on between client and honeyTUB Event Hire

2. INVOICING & PAYMENT

2.1  A 40% deposit is required within a week of receiving your invoice. Please note that all requested hire equipment will not be held without a deposit. Full payment is required a minimum of 7 business days prior to the Client’s Event Date.

2.3  This initial deposit fee is NON REFUNDABLE and cannot be transferred or exchanged for credit note

2.4  All prices exclude GST and service charges unless otherwise stated

2.5  Amount quoted is for the use of goods for the period of the time stated on the contract unless agreed in writing by honeyTUB Event Hire

2.6  Failure to pay by the agreed dare  may result in cancellation of hire without notification

2.7  The Hirer agrees to pay any expenses incurred or loss suffered by the Owner as a result of breach by the Hirer of its obligations pursuant to the Terns (Including legal and dept recovery costs).

3. DRY HIRE ITEMS

3.1  There are only a few dry hire items, please consult us to identify items prior to hire

3.2  Dry hire items must be picked and returned upon the agreed times otherwise late fee will be applied

3.3  Client must ensure hired items are not damaged during transportation, items will be inspected on return

3.4  The Hirer agrees to pay for all products lost, destroyed, stolen, damaged or unreturned

3.5  Replacement costs will be paid to honeyTUB Event Hire based on the current pricing and availability of the items on the market.

4. VARIATION AND CANCELLATION

4.1  If through circumstances beyond the control of honeyTUB Event Hire, honeyTUB Event Hire is unable to provide to provide goods then honeyTUB Event Hire may

     (i). Make changes to goods provided that the end performance is not materially prejudiced; or

     (ii). Cancel any order (even if it has already been accepted) by invoice writing

4.2  The hirer may cancer an order but will forfeit all booking deposits

4.3  For orders cancelled 14 days prior to the event date the balance of the invoiced fee is due in full

4.4  Any item removal or deductions from the invoice must be made at least 4 weeks prior to the hire date

4.5  Additions can be made at anytime however, they are subjected to availability

5.   DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT

5.1  The hirer is responsible for any loss or damage to the equipment for any reason whatsoever

5.2  The hirer agrees tp pay for all products lost, destroyed, stolen, damaged or not returned to honeyTUB Event Hire

5.3  Replacement costs will be paid to honeyTUB Event Hire  based on the current pricing and availability on the market

6.    INSURANCE

6.1  Once products are delivered/picked up, the Client assumes all responsibilities and liabilities until they have been collected/received by the Hirer.

6.2  The Client is responsible for maintaining all appropriate policies of insurance, covering liability, property and casualty insurances in amounts necessary to fully protect the Hirer and their products against all claims, loss or damage.

6.3  The Hirer is not responsible for any injuries that may occur to persons over the hire period due to any products supplied by the Hirer whether through payment or otherwise.

7.    UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (public health crisis etc), any funds paid cannot be refunded and will be credit towards a future even

8.    PHOTOS

The Client consents to allow the Hirer all advertising or an artistic showing of any photos given to the Hirer whether for profit or not.
